The Czech football manager Pavel Vrba says he couldn’t be happier with the team’s start to its campaign to reach Euro 2016 after a 4:2 win over Kazakhstan made it three wins in three games. Prior to being appointed national team coach he had enjoyed considerable success with club side Viktoria Plzeň.
