Czech player Lucie Šafářová and he tennis partner Bethanie Mattek-Sands of the US defeated Taiwanese-Swiss doubles partners Chang Yung-Jan and Martina Hingis 6-4, 6-2 in the women's doubles semifinal at the French Open on Friday.
