Police are investigating the cause of Tuesday’s collapse of a building in the centre of Prague, which left a number of workers trapped inside. The building on Mikulandská street, just off Národní, has been undergoing renovation work.
Three people were freed from under the rubble after the building collapsed on Tuesday afternoon. One of them suffered serious injuries and was put in a medically-induced coma.
The house was found structurally unstable and the street remains closed to the public following the incident.
