Czech tennis player Karolína Plíšková fought hard in one of the longest-ever matches in the final of the Fed Cup, edging Kristina Mladenovic by a score of 6:3, 4:6; 16:14 to give the Czech Republic a 1:0 lead on the first day of the final against France.
