Official figures in most parts of central Europe on the number of people infected with HIV/Aids are relatively low - numbering no more than a few hundred in each country. But experts say that realistically the number of HIV/Aids sufferers is actually 5 to 10 times higher. Is growing complacency towards the virus increasing the risk of infection?
