CT journalists remain firm: all Hodac appointees must go

Turning now to the crisis that has dominated the Czech news for the last three weeks - the controversial Jiri Hodac has resigned as the head of Czech Television, parliament has sacked the station's much-criticised supervisory board, and the lower house has passed a new law which it says will dilute political influence on public broadcasting. But the journalists who occupied the Czech TV newsroom in protest at Mr Hodac's appointment are still on strike - they say the strike will continue until all their demands are met in full.
