According to the Minister of Information Technology, Vladimir Mlynar, the Czech Postal Service should enable all citizens to have access to the Internet at post offices throughout the country. The company already has the necessary infrastructure - all 3,400 post offices in the Czech Republic are connected to a high-speed backbone network. Alena Skodova reports:
Prague is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe. Much of its breathtaking architecture has been preserved, food and drink is quite affordable, hotels offer the services their customers need, and all this without losing its magical and historical atmosphere. And after years of complaints from the public, Prague's city council has finally begun a rather radical campaign aimed at clamping down on the offenders.
