Sports News Czechs take five golds at Salt Lake City Winter Paralympics

The Czech Paralympic team arrived back from the Salt Lake City Winter Paralympics on Tuesday with an impressive five medals. Katerina Tepla, a partially sighted skier, was the top Czech medal-winner with two golds and one silver. Tepla, who speaks five languages, said that skiing was a hobby which gave her the chance to meet people from around the world. And it really is just a hobby - Tepla said she would be back in the office on Wednesday morning. The other Czech who did was well at the games was Sabina Rogie, who is also visually impaired. She took two bronze medals in skiing. The Czech Republic was 14th in the medals table at the games.
