The road connecting the town of Žamberk in north-east Bohemia with Jablonec nad Orlicí and Červená Voda remains to be the country’s most dangerous road, according to a new risk map released by the European Road Assessment Programme on Wednesday.
The organisation assesses roads in Europe by measuring and mapping the rate at which road users are being killed or seriously injured, with the aim to improve road safety.
