ICE - special Kosovo citizens follow the UN debate over their future

At a debate on the future of Kosovo in the United Nations last week Serbia's President Boris Tadic said Belgrade could never accept a fully independent state - while Kosovo's Prime Minister Hashim Thaci said independence is crucial for the success of the region.
